Excellent Soba noodle
They no longer serve soba. but I do not delete this page because I believe that the following is still a good example of serving soba (buckwheat). I am just disappointed in their decision. (Nov. 15, 2008)

|Seiro (soba noodle made of fine buckwheat flour).||Sobayu (hot water that is used to boil soba noodle). Nutrition of soba is dissolved into it.|
